During our initial consultation, I will decide if I want to work together. I strive to get back to potential clients within 3 working days/ 72 hours.

Step 3
The fun part: the planning!

Based on our initial consultation, I will put together an itinerary/ recommendations. This will include suggestions on what to see day by day, accommodation suggestions, and restaurant recommendations.

Step 4
You will receive your personalized itinerary within 5-7 business days

You will receive your personalized recommendations so that you can start making bookings. I remain available to answer questions you may have.

What is a travel planner?

A travel planner is a personalized service designed to save you time by offering tailored advice and a customized itinerary that fits your specific needs. Please note that this is a planning service, not a booking service. We provide recommendations, allowing you to handle the booking yourself.

What should I send in my initial email?

Please, send as much information possible. If you do so, I will be able to help you as much as I can and as fast as possible. I would be great if you provide the following inormation:What activities do you like to do – museums, parks, castles…

  • The travel destination you wish to visit
  • Your budget (ideal and maximum)
  • Your dates of your travel and if those are fixed
  • Your accommodation preferences – hotel, B&B, hostel
  • Your food preferences
  • Your travel style (see as much as possible/ fit in rest days, etc)
Can you make bookings for me?

Unfortunately, we are not a travel agency, so we cannot make bookings on your behalf. You are responsible for organizing and purchasing your own travel arrangements. Our services focus solely on travel consultation and advice. Once you provide us with the necessary details and pay the fee, we will create a PDF with all of our suggestions and recommendations.

What is the cost of travel planning?

The cost will depend on the number of destinations you wish to visit, the length of your trip, and the complexity of the itinerary you wish to have created.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the personalised digital product, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we will offer one round of revisions, as long as the nature of the revision is not caused by missing information in our initial consultation.
